These are only some of the formulas I have made over time or have in stock. I also make up individual formulas based on individual cases.

WILD CHERRY BARK, YERBA SANTA & CINNAMON TINCTURE

Wild Cherry Bark (Prunus Serotina) has a relaxant and strong, sedating effect on coughs, which is useful for dry, non productive coughs that have gone on for a long time..

Yerba Santa (Eriodictyon Californicum) is recommended for bronchial and laryngeal troubles, COPD, chest colds and has expectorant and decongestant properties.

Cinnamon is used for coughs, colds and sinuses as well as sore throats.

DOSAGE; 40 DROPS (DROPPERFUL) 2 X DAILY FOR DURATION OF COUGH.

PASSIONFLOWER, MOTHERWORT AND KAVA KAVA TINCTURE

Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata) is used as a remedy for all kinds of nervous manifestations, depression, anxiety, insomnia, as it has pain relieving and sedative qualities.

Motherwort (Leonurus Cardiaca) primarily is a herb of the heart. It can temporarily lower blood pressure and relieve palpitations due to anxiety. It is used in Childbirth to reduce anxiety and calm the nerves.

Kava Kava (Piper Methysticum) Kava is said to elevate mood, well being and contentment and produce a feeling of relaxation therefore it has commonly used for anxiety, stress, tension and insomnia. A mildly psychoactive beverage made from the Rhizome of the Kava Plant has been used for centuries by South Pacific Islanders, both ceremonially and socially, for it's relaxing and calming properties.
DOSAGE; 30-60 DROPS IN EVENING.

ANGELICA, MULLEIN, HOREHOUND, LICORICE AND THYME

Angelica (Angelica Archangelica) has many extensive uses, though for coughs is used as a stimulating expectorant and to relieve chest congestion.

Mullein (Verbascum Thapsus) reduces respiratory inflammation as well as soothing and coating the mucous membranes. It has many properties including anti bacterial, viral and pain relieving.

Horehound (Marrubium Vulgare) is an excellent expectorant useful for bronchitis, respiratory infections and sore throats.

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) Licorice is a sweet tasting root that is great for colds and respiratory problems. It works as an expectorant by promoting mucous drainage and provides a soothing lubrication of the respiratory tract. It is a valued ingredient in cough medicines due to it's soothing abilities.

Thyme (Thymus Vulgaris) contains antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. The expectorant properties of thyme have been used in the treatment of congested lungs, whooping cough and bronchitis. It has also been used to reduce muscle spasms, especially those that narrow the tiny airways in the lungs, to help ease breathing.

DOSAGE; 30-60 DROPS 2-3 X DAILY FOR DURATION OF COUGH.

ALLERGY RE-LEAF: NETTLES, YERBA SANTA, EYEBRIGHT, GINGKO, ROSEMARY, GOLDENEAL LEAF.
Contains minerals, anti inflammatory actions and decongestants that help treat allergies and sinusitis, inflamed nasal passages and mucous membranes that swell up during seasonal allergic reactions.

OATSTRAW AND MILKY OATS TINCTURE (WILDCRAFTED)

Oat straw and their Milky Oat Tops (Avena Sativa) are a nourishing nervous system restorative that strengthens a weakened constitution.
It is helpful in depression, stress, exhaustion, as an aid in breaking addictions, anxiety and insomnia.
It is high in B Vitamins, Silica and other vitamins and minerals.
DOSAGE; 40 DROPS (DROPPERFUL)1- 2 X DAILY.



BURDOCK, SARSAPARILLA, YELLOW DOCK, RED CLOVER

Burdock (Arctium Lappa) is a tonic and alterative, cumulatively strengthening and cleansing the entire system. It has been used as a blood purifier in herbal medicine, to help psoriasis and other skin conditions.

Sarsaparilla (Hemidesmus Indica) is known as an alterative, diuretic and tonic. Used for skin ailments, rheumatism and syphilis.

Yellow Dock (Rumex Crispus) is used for skin conditions, poor digestion, liver detoxification, constipation and anaemia.

Red Clover (Trifolium Pratense) contains a strong concentration of phytoestrogens and has been used for the menopause and in the prevention of breast cancer, as well as for respiratory and skin conditions.
DOSAGE; 30 DROPS 3 X DAILY.

MUGWORT (WILDCRAFTED)

Mugwort (Artemesia Vulgaris) is
an excellent nervine. Used for insomnia and nervousness.Kills parasitic worms internally.
Mugwort is considered feminine in nature and has been linked through out history has been used as remedy for women’s health. It is an emmenagogue; promotes suppressed menses. Drink before and after the full moon and wear red (Gladstar). Useful for young women just starting menses. Believed to increase fertility. Used for moxabustion in Chinese Medicine. Used in treatment of liver disorders and as a digestive aid (digestive bitter). Drink infusion before and/or after eating to promote digestion.Promotes sweating. Which can be a benefit when intentionally sweating out an illness; a very old healing technique when one first feels the effects of an illness. Strong infusion can be used in a bath for an invigorating bath or one before Ritual or Dreaming.
DOSAGE; 30-60 DROPS AFTER EVENING MEAL.

CLEAVERS (WILDCRAFTED)
Cleavers (Gallium aparine) is an excellent lymphatic tonic and diuretic. In essence the lymph system is the body's mechanism to wash tissues of toxins, passing them back in to the bloodstream to be cleansed by the liver and kidneys. This cleansing action makes Cleavers useful in treating psoriasis and arthritis, which benefit from purifying the blood, as well as swollen glands, cystitis, ulcers and tumors.
DOSAGE; 60 DROPS DAILY
BORAGE (WILDCRAFTED)
Borage (Borago Officinalis) has been used for many years to relieve depression and reduce fevers, as well as for respiratory complaints. "I Borage, bring courage.. " Olde saying. Drives away Melancholy.
DOSAGE; 30-60 DROPS 2 X DAILY.
ELDERBERRY
(Sambucus Nigra) strengthens and maintains the immune and respiratory systems. Elderberry may be taken to help prevent colds and flu, and taken at the first sign of cold or flu. Elderberry is believed to generally reduce the course of infection down to one or two days.
DOSAGE; SYRUP = 1 TSP 2 X DAILY, ELIXIR = DROPPERFUL AS NEEDED, SEVERAL TIMES DAILY FOR DURATION OF COLD/FLU.
LEMON BALM (WILDCRAFTED)
Melissa Officionalis) is anti-viral, so the tea is great to drink if you’re feeling under the weather.  The hot tea brings on a sweat that is good for relieving colds, flus and fevers and an anti-viral agent has been found that combats mumps, cold sores and other viruses. Lemon Balm can help with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Shingles, due to the anti-viral action. One of Lemon Balm’s key medicinal qualities is as a tranquilizer.  It calms a nervous stomach, colic, or heart spasms.  The leaves are reputed to also lower blood pressure.  It is very gentle, although effective, so is often suggested for children and babies.
DOSAGE; 30-60 DROPS 2 -3 X DAILY.

SLEEP AID: PASSIONFLOWER, WILD LETTUCE, OAT STRAW
Milky Oat Tops and Oat straw (Avena Sativa) act as a trophorestorative to our nervous systems. This means that we are nourished and restored as well as calmed, adding strength and resiliency.
Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata) is used as a remedy for all kinds of nervous manifestations, depression, anxiety, insomnia, as it has pain relieving and sedative qualities.

Wild Lettuce is an anodyne and sedative which means it has pain relieving and relaxing soporific qualities that help induce sleep and calm.

LIVER TONIC: OREGON GRAPE ROOT, DANDELION, MILK THISTLE, YELLOW DOCK, BURDOCK, WHITE PEONY. Bitter, cooling and Hepatoprotective herbal actions that enrich the blood, help Bile flow and support the Liver. Especially useful for hot, inflamed conditions.

BONES AND JOINTS: TRUE SOLOMON'S SEAL, WOOD BETONY, COMFREY, MULLEIN. This formula was initially made to help support a friend who had broken his collarbone. the formula works well for all kinds of injuries to the joints, tendons and bones. It is great for where there has been repetitive use that causes pain and inflammation, as well as over stretching or tightness associated with joints.

WOMEN'S MOONTIME FORMULA:
ANGELICA, HAWTHORN, LICORICE, NETTLES, DANDELION, WHITE PEONY, MILK THISTLE, ALFALFA, RASPBERRY LEAF, PASSIONFLOWER, BLACK HAW, ROSES, CINNAMON, ETHYL ALCOHOL, VODKA, RAW HONEY.
A form made to nourish and support women through the hormonal shifts in cyclical rites of passage. Menstruation, Pregnancy (late stage), post partum and menopause. Contains tonics, adaptogens, liver and blood supporting actions as well as nerviness to provide an overall balancing effect on our bodies. This can be taken regularly.

MAMA'S MILK TEA: FENUGREEK, FENNEL, OATSTRAW, BORAGE, BLESSED THISTLE, ALFALFA
Galactagogues increase the flow of breast milk, whilst nourishing with herbs rich in minerals.

SITZ BATH HERBS: CALENDULA FLOWERS, PLANTAIN LEAF, COMFREY LEAF, YARROW LEAF AND FLOWERS. Herbs to soothe and heal perineum after birth.

PREGNANCY TONIC TEA: NETTLES, ALFALFA, RED CLOVER, RASPBERRY LEAF, OAT STRAW, ROSE HIPS. These Herbs contain abundant minerals including iron and calcium, B vitamins, and have a nourishing effect on your body during pregnancy. Can also be used Post Partum.

CHILDREN'S COMMON COLD FORMULA: ELDERBERRIES, ELDERFLOWERS, ROSE HIPS, HAWTHORN, ORANGE PEEL, ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR,HONEY, BRANDY.
A sweet and sour delicious remedy for helping shorten the length of colds. Best taken frequently throughout the day, and at the first sign of sniffles.

IMMUNE TONIC: ELDERBERRIES, ELDERFLOWERS, ECHINACEA, ROSE HIPS, SCHISANDRA, MILK THISTLE, RED ROOT, ASTRAGALUS, LICORICE, ASHWAGANDHA, ROSEMARY, ROSE PETALS, ROSE WATER, EVERCLEAR BASE.
Tonifies and modulates Immune system. Contains immunomodulators, vitamin C, spleen, liver, lung, adrenal and heart support. Antibacterial and astringent actions to tonify tissues and defend against pathogens.

IMPRESSIVELY BITTER BITTERS TONIC: DANDELION, BURDOCK, MILK THISTLE, ARTICHOKE, GENTIAN, GINGER, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.
If you enjoy the incredible benefits of bitters in your diet, this will be an amazing, strong and effective remedy. Made with vinegar instead of alcohol, which adds to the digestive benefit of bitters. Useful before or after meals to help with occasional heartburn, bloating, gas, overconsumption and will stimulate bile flow and benefit liver.

COUGH SYRUP
Ingredients: FENNEL SEEDS, MARSHMALLOW, LICORICE, SLIPPERY ELM, BURDOCK, PLANTAIN, RED CLOVER, ELECAMPANE, LOBELIA, SCHISANDRA, HONEY, BRANDY.
This is sweet and yummy and great for soothing and resolving dry coughs. Do not use for wet coughs.

IMMUNE FORMULA - useful for supporting our immune systems, lymph, lungs, blood and adrenals.
Ingredients: BURDOCK, YARROW, OLIVE LEAF, RHODIOLA, YERBA MANSA, LEMON BALM, ELECAMPANE, RED ROOT, LICORICE, MARSHMALLOW, TURMERIC, REISHI, LOBELIA.

ACUTE FORMULA FOR ONSET OF (Coronavirus) SYMPTOMS: MULLEIN, BAICAL/CHINESE SKULLCAP, REISHI, PANAX/AMERICAN GINSENG, LICORICE, GINGER, TURMERIC.
This would be useful for stamina, immune support, lung and stomach support.

FEVER DOWN: ELDERFLOWER, YARROW, PEPPERMINT OIL
A tasty, cooling, medicinal extract to help reduce fevers naturally.

Elderflowers, Yarrow and Mint are an age old combination that open up pores and encourage sweating (diaphoretic), thus cooling the body from the inside out. It does not suppress the system or prevent the fevers natural function of ridding the body of pathogens.
The tincture is strong and safe. Kids can take this and would probably enjoy the taste a little bit diluted in water.
Dosage is 1/2-1 dropperful every two hours for acute fever.

Please do be careful when dealing with kids fevers and their underlying causes. Do not use this as a substitute for medical care and advice.
Also call your child's doctor if
The fever persists for more than 24 hours in a child younger than 2 years. The fever persists for more than 3 days (72 hours) in a child 2 years of age or older.
